Users of Windows 7 have lots of options to personalize, right at their doorstep, without modifying system files in order to do so. Basic themes like Mac OS X Lion make only a few modifications to your system; for example, they change sounds, cursors or wallpaper, but leave alone rest of your interface. On the contrary, full conversions or custom themes have need of manipulating system files that most of us back away from.
In this guide we will describe you how to install the Windows 7 Mac OS X Lion theme. Let’s begin with our prerequisites.
Patching System Files
What you must do first is to download UXTheme Patch program which is compatible with 32 bit as well as 64 bit Windows 7 plus Windows 7 Service Pack 1 systems. Start off the appropriate version, there’s one for 32 bit while another for 64 bit systems, and then click “Patch” icons and patch these 3 system files.
The changes will come into effect once you restart your PC. You can moreover use this program afterwards if you want to restore your original file versions.

These Tools allow you to easily install themes through the installation of packs. Mac OS X Lion theme is that sort of pack and you will need this application to install the theme on your Computer.

I would recommend you to pay attention while installing this application, as you might end up installing the Ask Toolbar. In case you still do it, find out how to uninstall Ask Toolbar here.
Download Mac OS X Lion theme
Remember that you are required to run full Aero theme before installing Mac theme on your Windows 7. If you don’t then the installation process will go on just fine, but you’ll end up installing only half of your theme.
When you’ve installed all that is required, you can start with the installation process of Windows 7 Mac OS X Lion theme. Download the theme and extract it on your computer’s a directory. Go to themes Setup folder. From there start installing the Mac OS X Lion Inspirat (Transformation Pack).exe file.
You’ll see that CustoPack interface loading. You either select the complete installation, or you can supposedly block some parts from being installed. For instance, you don’t find Rocketdock useful so you can prevent it from installing easily. Though, you better install all components of the theme for a successful conversion.
