Luckily, there is a Firefox extension by the name Facebook Auto-Logout that will take care of it for you.

- First install the add-on Facebook Auto-Logout.
- This add-on will come enabled by default. Now, whenever you close your Facebook window, Facebook Auto-Logout will do the log out for you.
- Remember that after a minute of inactivity, it will automatically log you out! Now, if you want to increase this auto-logout time, then click on top left of Firefox > Add-ons > Facebook Auto-Logout > Options. Once there, you can change the logout time in the box below.
